All bookings must be paid in full at the time of purchase via PayPal or any integrated payment gateway. Your appointment or purchase is not confirmed until payment is received.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are only 50%refundable. Missed appointments will be refunded 50% and rescheduled at the next available time, as agreed by both parties.
4. Refunds
Due to the nature of energetic and digital services, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided once a service has been delivered or a reading has been prepared. If you are unhappy with your experience, please contact us — we value your trust and aim to support your healing journey.
